Firm History

Attorney Gabriel F. Jiménez, is the son of Cuban refugees & born in Cincinnati, Ohio. He grew up in Miami, FL where he attended Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, a catholic high school run by Jesuit priests originally from Cuba. 

He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and then went on to graduate from The Florida State University College of Law in 1997.   

Jiménez began his legal career in Miami, Florida as an insurance defense attorney. His primary focus was litigating workers' compensation and construction cases. 

Upon arriving in North Carolina in 1999, he became associated with one of the largest plaintiff firms in the state. Being of Cuban descent, Jiménez is fluent in Spanish, thus he began representing numerous Spanish-speaking individuals and their families.  

In 2002 Gabriel founded Jiménez Law Offices in Raleigh, North Carolina.

With more than 25 years of litigation experience, Attorney Jiménez focuses on Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation & Wrongful Death cases.

We have worked with clients and experts to set up life care plans so that clients will get the continued medical attention they require even after their legal case is over.
